Training on Principles and Methods of Teaching and Assessment of Student Learning

Happening Now:

Two-day Training on Principles and Methods of Teaching and Assessment of Student Learning held at MSU-Sulu College Library.

Conducted on February 14-15, faculty members and lecturers from Senior High School Department and seven (7) Colleges who are Non-Education Graduates attend the said training as intervention to ensure proper pedagogical practices and standards in classroom. Lecturers for the two-day program are: Ma'am Hartini H. Mansul, LPT on Principles and Methods of Teaching, Sir Muner M. Saradi, LPT on Classroom Management, Ma'am Honeylaine S. Kadil, LPT on Fundamentals of Assessment of Student Learning and Sir Ramonito E. Bacla-an, LPT on Framing on Test Questions. Each lectures included an open forum and workshop to ensure effective learning for all the participants.

The said training is conducted through the initiative of the Office Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Professor Rafael A. Regellana, and is supported by the Chancellor Prof. Nagder J. Abdurahman. Said both prominent leaders of MSU-Sulu graced the Training's Opening Program with their words of wisdom, and also imparted significant teaching practices.
