Walk-in application, visit at the Office of Admissions, MSU-Sulu, Capitol Site, Jolo, Sulu
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certification from Senior High School Principal that the applicant is a graduating student in Senior High School (Grade 12). If graduated previously in Senior High School, Diploma or Grade Card is required; Transcript of Record (TOR) for transferee;
2. Two (2) copies 2†x 2†ID Pictures;
3. Payment of Non-refundable Testing Fee of Php 300.00;
4. Submit Application Form not later than June 25, 2021;
5. Duly accomplished Application Form. Application Forms is available at Admission Office, MSU-Sulu.
Reminder: No onsite application during examination date. No application form accepted after the deadline.
